The Wine and Bleak Festival is traditionally organized by the Crmnica Municipality, the Association of Winemakers and Vineyards "Crmnicki vranac" and the NGO "Dani Skadarski Jezera", under the auspices of the Municipality of Bar and the Tourism Organization of Bar.
